Unprofessional and rude. I will never buy parts from this company again. Do business with them at your own risk.

sold me a bad transmission, had it installed and the mechanic said that it looked like a grenade went off inside it, knucklebusters provided another transmission, and this one too is bad, no 3rd gear and no overdrive, now he wants me to pay another $250 to my mechanic to remove it so that i can bring it back to them to get back the $250 we originally paid for it.....buyers beware of this business !!!

Don't deal with this place. Every part you get is the wrong one. I bought two transmissions from them and neither was good. They won't pay for labor or parts to tear them apart and put em back in again. They initially gave us a better deal, but you get what you pay for and in the long run it ended up costing alot more.
