Use this company for the first time Sunday September 2nd for my 2 pugs. Groomer was on time and texted me before to arrive.

I moved in Florida from New York for my retirement last year. I was recommended by my neighbor to use their mobile grooming company for my 2 dogs Nelly and Ruby instead of a shop.
Now Bubbles to bows comes every 4 weeks same day than my neighbors and both save10% on grooming price because they are coming for 5 dogs!
It's became cheaper than a shop!😉
I'm happy with the service and my babies always got a nice smell and fresh cut.
I recommend this company because they are professional and always on time.

Simply terrible customer service. When I called literally just now to ask for an appointment they told me that they had not serviced me in over five years, but that was a lie. I used them last year or the year before was my last time, since I’ve only owned my home for 2 years and they came out to my house. They didn’t even take the time to ask for my name or my address to confirm that they didn’t punch in the incorrect phone number. They did not take the time to tell me what the issue was either. Neither did they care to ask for my dogs name, since he has a very particular one. All they said was there was an issue and we can’t come out. Very unprofessional. They definitely do not care about their customers or the business we might want to bring to them.

We had them come and groom our 2 Cats and our Yorkie. It was our first experience with a mobile groomer and we are very surprised with how easy it was to book an appt and how informative everyone was. Normally we don't do reviews but we wanted everyone to know how happy we are with their service. We will be using them again in the future. Very professional and Nice staff. Thank you again

I recommend this company, I use them since 2 years for my 3 babies Leslie Coco Luna. Every month after the groom I'm so happy to pet them Hair is shiny and they smell good.

My appointment to get my dog groomed was scheduled for 4 p.m. Not surprisingly, the groomer, Tammy, was 40 minutes late. What was surprising was that Tammy completed the groom within 45 min– the average time to groom my large Aussie with a thick coat is 75 min. This was a rushed job.



My dog developed an infection from multiple cuts all over his body. I made an appt with the vet ASAP in order to get antibiotics. The vet was not surprised that the wounds were a result of an unsanitary grooming company. My dog is shook up, in pain, and left with a botched haircut and I am left with an extremely pricey vet bill.



To the owner of Bubbles to Bows who feels the need to comment negatively on every honest review of your company’s botched and abusive grooming tactics, DON’T BOTHER. There is nothing you can do or say to heal the infection and trauma my dog experienced. I hope you fix these problems in the future but I will NEVER be using your services again.

I booked Bubbles and Bows over a week ago to use for the first time today. My appointment was for 1 p.m. At 1:09, past my appointment time, the groomer called to say he was on his way. At 1:39, with still no sign of the groomer, I called him back, and he informed he that he was "one block away." At 1:56, the groomer still had not arrived. I spoke to Amanda in the Bubble and Bows office who informed me that the owners would offer me a $5 discount for completely inconveniencing me. This company does not stand behind customer service and has a total disregard for their reputation. I will never trust my pets to them, and I will recommend to all my family and friends to never utilize their services. I am outraged, shocked and disappointed by how I was treated by this business.
