I called James Glass Works so that he could repair 2 of my windows and 1 of my doors.

Not only did he give me a FREE estimate, but when I set the appointment, he came on time and had one of the best attitudes I've ever experienced as a customer!!! He repaired everything perfectly and gave me a 6 MONTH WARRANTY!!!!!! Don't be scammed by those big companies---Call James Glass Works and get quality work done everytime!!!!!

I called this company to have them repair 3 windows in our home. First, the guy never showed on the first appointment, I made a second appointment, when he finally showed up, he smelled like he had just drank a 6 pack of beer. I let him fix the windows.........................long story short, he made 2 of the three windows he was to repair WORSE than before he had "repaired" them.



DO YOURSELF A FAVOR,.....DON'T HIRE THIS GUY!! He hasn't a clue about fixing windows.
