I would advise anyone considering doing business with Provident Care Management to think twice about doing so. Lori is the owner and seldom in the office. She does not return phone calls, and avoids responding to requests for payment. We served several of her clients, some over a year ago, and we have been making efforts to receive payment for at least 6 months now. We have been promised repeatedly "the checks in the mail", yet no checks arrive. This is no way to run a business.
