Provided by YP.comSince that was my second time wearing braces, I was very deliberate in choosing a proper orthodontic treatment. I was fortunate to find Dr. Cohen-Sasson. During my consultation, he explained all my options, how much it would cost, and how long the treatment would approximately take. Both Dr. Cohen-Sasson and his staff were very nice and competent. Everyone in the office knows exactly what they are doing. Almost no wait time while you are in the office, easy to schedule an appointment, Dr. Cohen-Sasson and staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with, and the payment plan is very transparent. My teeth look great in almost no time! I could not be happier with the results! I would recommend Dr. Cohen-Sasson to anyone who wants to get a great smile.

Provided by YP.comExcellent doctor and staff! The doctor takes his time to explain everything and I saw him at every visit. The office is extremely clean, and you can't beat the hours. I've been in for an appointment as early as 7:30 and as late as 5:00. He is in network with my insurance so my out of pocket expense was less than half what I was quoted elsewhere. Also, he was able to give me a new perfect smile 4 months faster than originally estimated. I couldn't of been happier with my choice of being treated in this office.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT TRUST THIS DENTIST -Do not belive what they posted. They gave me the cost in February of 2010 and demanded the extra money now in May of 2012 - this is YEARS later not months. Also the spacing that I have on both side is from the spacers and will not close. Plus I never said I was happy so don't put words in my mouth. Do honest work and honest business. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTIST - He is unprofessional and unethical. In 2010 they gave me a quote and I paid my portion in full. They just now came back 26 months (2 years and 2 months) after and told me that they made a mistake and threatened that I have 90 days to pay $800 for their error. Any reputable company would give you your cost in advance and stick to what they gave you or at least notify you ahead of time – not 26 months after. Not a reputable business at all plus I still have large spaces in the back of my teeth on both sides where he put the spacers. Horrible work, horrible dentist and horrible staff. I recommend you take your money and business to a more reputable person
In 2010 we gave you you estimated cost based on the information given to us by your insurance company over the phone without a preauthorization of insurance coverage. You signed paperwork explaining that it was only an estimate and any unpaid costs not paid by the insurance company would be your responsibility. Full explination of benefits was sent to our office and to you by your insurance company expaining that 1. your total treatment fee was incorrect and 2. your portion of the fee was incorrect. Our accounting department caught the error (many months later which we appologized for the delay) we quickly lowered your total treatment fee by over $400 to correct our error and explained the remaining unpaid insurance portion was your responsibity (like the paperwork you signed stated). We tried to work out an agreeable arrangement but the only thing that would make you happy would be to remove the unapaid portion in total. You were very happy with the treatment you received until just a few weeks ago when you recieved a bill for the unpaid insurance portion. The space that was present after treatment was not from the spacers but the bands on the molars which is normal. I promptly adjusted the retainer to close the space, and you never returned complaining of the space until you recieved a bill for the unpaid insurance portion.
