Great service, called AAA they said 3 hours A&M picked me up in 45 mins. Reasonable rates will use again when in need.

Rude, unprofessional, and sloppy employees.. They towed my car in my neighborhood for parking sideways in my driveway cause I couldn't get in all the way because my neighbors had visitors. Wake up and deluxe my cars gone call and find out they towed it go to pick up Jt car 240$ I was short 4$ and gave him 4$ in quarters so I didn't have to go to the store for Change they refused to take my change..at this point I had enough. Get my car home and notice they messed the front end up. Dispatch was rude requested to speak with manAger or owner yet to hear from them

Damaged my vehicle while towing it - said they used a flatbed when witnesses saw it being pulled away on a hook. Refused to allow me to inspect the vehicle before paying for it, a felony in violation of Florida Statute 715.07 2(a)(9). AVOID!!! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!

Ahh yes, that would be the Frank who told me that I was confused because "there are a lot of laws about towing" despite the fact that I clearly know which one applies. It is sad that a business governed by a single state statute has no idea what's in that one statute nor does it have any intent to follow it - including... you guessed it... proper signage. Frank, maybe you could read that statute and tell me if putting a sign 14 inches off the ground and in the bushes is sufficient per Florida law? You know, since there are so many towing laws... at least I pointed you in the correct direction.
