I purchased a car there, and within three weeks it started cutting off. i was told "just bring it by, we'll take care of you". when i went to pick up the car, I had to pay $150. Thanks for taking care of me. 10 minutes down the road, the car was still cutting off!!! this was a friday afternoon, so I was stuck for teh weekend. Called Monday morning, and the mechanic told me "well you told me this". But they were supposed to have put my car on the computer to tell them what to fix?? Had to get diagnosis at the deallership (not cheap) and paid another $130 for a part to fix it. a month goes by and the radiator goes bad. dealership told me it was "patched up". $900. two weeks later the tranny goes. I'm leaving the car right where it is and they can come pick it up. Only had the car 4 months. And I am the most philosophical person when it comes to keep my car running in top shape.



I referred two others there, and one of them has a dead engine, only had car for 3 months.





PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I do not recommend you getting a car here. You will get burned like me and a friend did.

The truth

I financed a car after being told that I could get no smaller than a $300 per month payment with my credit. Not even 24 hours later I lost my job due to a reduction in work force. I went there in a panic trying to return the car since it hadn't even been 24 hours and was told by Todd "I don't care if your gramma died, you lost your job, whatever, its not my problem. Its company policy and it aint gonna change for you. You'll just have to get a job. If someone isn't working, it's because they don't want to." That's how I was treated not even an hour after losing a job I had for over 3 years. I went to Larry and was able to get my payment dropped a whopping $50 per month. Now with unemployment I am only $30 short of my monthly expenses instead of $80. They couldn't have cared less about my budget. When I came to get the molding checked around my windshield (that was loose). The service man was pounding on the molding and Im guessing one of the little plastic things under it cracked the windshield. Well, that's just too bad. My warranty doesn't cover windshields and the man claims it was cracked when I got there. So I am paying over $7000 for a car with 135,000 miles on it, a cracked windshield and with God only knows what else is wrong with it. Granted, I shouldn't have bought it. I shouldn't have allowed the salesman to talk me into it. But at least, for that, I should get treated with some respect.
