I was having a problem with one of my Pandora beads (it was stuck) and Lauren could not have been more helpful. Not only did she get it unstuck for me, she replaced the bead with a new one because apparently it had striped. I have many friends in the area who also love the Pandora line and I will tell them all to only buy from Ackerman Jewelers where service is their top priority!!!!

If you are looking for a trustworthy and friendly jewelry store -- this is it!, Everytime I go in this store - I am always greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. I have shopped here many times and have never seen a customer that has had to wait. And believe me, their staff knows their merchandise. Speaking of merchandise -- there is a wide selection of not only ladies but for the men too. My husband has made a purchase or two for himself as well. This store is the candystore of jewelry -- not just the jewels but everyone one working there is sweet too. I recommend Ackerman as the first and only place to get your jewelry.

The staff is AWESOME!! It doesn't matter who helps you, they are all superb! Lauren has been helping me for five years & I walk in & she knows exactly where to point me because she knows her inventory and she knows my taste! In addition to that, Stephanie has helped me 'make' my own personal pieces with her designing expertise. I literally bring her a few family stones and wah-lah- she has fantastic ideas and tons of patience. I have never been disappointed with a single piece Ive created with her. EXCELLENT QUALITY too! And that my friends, is why I drive an hour to be an Ackerman customer.
