EmailRubber hoses made back in the early 1900s were comprised of pure gum rubber tapped from the Amazonian trees which often grow more than 100 feet high. The original source for most of this quality gum rubber was the Amazon River Basin of South America from which Amazon Hose & Rubber Founder Harry E. Jacoby adopted the name "Amazon."
The Amazon Tampa location is situated in a 40,000 square foot warehouse, our third location in Tampa since the 1950's. Recently moved from the Channelside district to the more centrally located 50th street, Amazon Tampa has state of the art facilities in both hydraulic and industrial hose. Walk in business, both wholesale and retail, is welcome.
