First of all, this is feedback on 2 (JARED & ROSARIO) of the 3 techs from AND Services/Alexa Air Conditioning Services that came to service the AC unit (installed in May of 2015 by Cool Now AC).
I originally setup the annual maintenance appointment. Then the weather got warmer, I turned the AC on, it was not working; and my sister and I began to worry. What are they going to come up with this time? How much will it cost? How are we going to pay for it?
WE WERE “SO” SURPRISED: We were about to meet 2 of the most professional, highly trained and “honest” AC technicians possible. First we want to sincerely thank Jared for his thorough evaluation of the AC unit; that eliminated the need of a $1,618.00 service. I called my sister out to meet him stating that he was the “first honest AC tech” we had working on that AC unit.
Then the AC went out again and Rosario came out; first to diagnosis the problem and do a temporary patch and then back out and I sat and watched him working so focused. This may seem odd but he was so focused, so detailed…it was like a fine tuned machine. He did a very thorough job and I enjoyed watching him do his work. Thank you for doing such a good job Rosario – I will be sure to request you should we have any issues in the future.

AND Services is the premiere a/c repair and service company we have ever used. all the service people are polite, and explain everything. we have the yearly maintenance plan, and I can't thank your office enough for contacting us when it is time for our free service call. Today, I want to compliment Josh, Craig, and our servicemen who came today to do our maintenance Connor and Blake. Connor mentioned again to us that we were in need of a new duct system. he set it up, took care of everything, and spent time to explain what was being done. Great service, great employees. Even our ever crabby dog warmed up to Connor and Blake. Thanks again AND Services

Ask for Jeff Moore! - he is a highly skilled Field Supervisor. The 5-star rating relates to Jeff. The service I have received from AND Services is "unpredictable" possibly due to the level of training given to their Techs. However, Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and professional, I feel confident he has identified the source of a recurring issue with my A/C and heating unit and fixed it. The unit was installed by AND Services in spring 2017. I like the company, however, I wish they invested more time and money training their service techs so they were all able to provide consistent, quality service to customers - like Jeff. Ask for Jeff!!

Have a rental house where the motor burned out in the attic. Was looked at in the morning for troubleshooting and at 8pm that evening they showed up with new one and everything was perfect again. Great prices and services all under one roof. A great pleasure to do business with!

They will charge you more than at least 5 other companies out there. I should have looked when I had the first estimate. Their sales guy was so pushy, that should have been a red flag. They lied about everything they said I was going to save money on. They installed damaged product into the house and they never finished the job. Find someone else.

I have been using And services going on 4 years and always have been satisfied but this recent issue showed me what the company is made of.
I was taught anyone will give you great customer service when they want your business the question is will they continue that great customer service when you have an issue.
I purchased a new A/C unit August 2016. It was running fine and then issues started, I panicked and with good reason, this was a brand new A/C unit and into less then a year...issues.
I called And and spoke with Debbie who is wonderful and she transferred me to Edgar who listened calmly and empathetically to my concern he went out of his way to take care of this issue immediately. He sent a service man, when that failed he sent his top 2 service men Randy and Miles, at 2 different times. They researched and found the issue was a part within the a/c handler, it had a defect from the manufacturer. Edgar went into overdrive to get this problem rectified.
He sent a team out, Tomak and Shaffick to fix the issue, this team worked excellent together and were very professional and I was very pleased with the results.
As I stated in the beginning, anyone will give you great customer service, but it is when problems arise that a Company will show its true colors.
And Services is a Company that has proven its accountability.

My Ac unit stopped working when I was not at home. My maid called me when she checked it out and it was broken. I called And Services and asked them to sent a technician to my home to repair my AC even I was not at home (only my maid that will receive him). They did it. They sent a technician to my home and repaired my AC unit. My maid called me back when everything has done and when I was at home, I found my AC working good. Thanks for a smooth transaction. I was new to Tampa, FL a couple years ago and had no idea where to go to get good, reliable service for my Air Conditioning. I found And Services online, checked it out, and haven't gone anywhere since. I find their service to be quick and affordable, and I'm never worried about bringing my AC unit to their shop. With the convenient location and ability to get dropped off back at your home/work, it really can't be beat!

I called And Services to make an appointment for A/C installation. The work and service that And Services has provided for us is excellent. The quote was reasonable, so we went ahead. The technician installed our A/C in no time. He always makes himself available to help us and he does so gladly. He is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend And Services.

We had our A/C unit installed by And Services and we were very satisfied with their service. I did recommend them to my mother who needed a new A/C unit and she was very happy with their service as well. This was almost four years ago. Everything was fine until that unit stopped working in a very hot day just before labor day weekend, I called and explained to And Services the problem and 3 hours later the technician was here with required parts and fixed the unit by replacing a capacitor. Very good quality service, and knowledgeable technician, highly recommended.
