These people are rip offs!!! I went in for a tire repair (patch) which would normally be a simple process, but to start with the guy who repaired my tire seemed as if he did not even want to be there. After he removed the nail and placed the patch he then aired up the tire and proceeded to mount it without balancing it. Anyone especially anyone in that business knows that when you remove a tire from a rim you have to rebalance the wheel and tire again before mounting. Well when I asked the guy why he didn't balance, his reply was that they mark where the tire was before dismounting. WOW!!! what a load of crap. To make things worse at time to pay I was asked to pay a charge of $3.00 because I was paying with a credit card and the repair was only $15.00. Being a retailer they should know that the minimum required in order to not pay a fee is $10.00 in the U.S. per Visa guidelines, and in this particular area it is $5.00. So I was forced to pay with my debit card in order to avoid paying the $3.00. It is not the $3.00, it is the principal behind it. Can you imagine how much money they make in fraudulent charges.
