As Branch Manager of Caliber Home Loans Tampa location on Westshore Boulevard, I share my 19 years of lending experience with borrowers and team members alike. In addition to mortgages and refinances for existing homes, I gained seven years of valuable experience working in residential construction both as a developer of high-end residential homes in the Tampa Bay area, and as a loan consultant specializing in new construction loans.Although I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ive been a resident of Tampa since 1979, and live here with my wife and two children.
