Provided by YP.comI ordered a doll from Cheryl's online. The doll was listed as in-stock at the time and Cheryl immediately charged me the full amount. Turns out the doll would not even be available for many months and should have been listed as a "pre-order". I also should have been charged only 10% as Cheryl's site indicates is the norm for pre-orders.
I e-mailed Cheryl many times and she just keeps pushing back the ship date. I also asked her to just cancel the order to which she never responded. Terrible experience all around - too many other online doll retailers to deal with this one!

Provided by YP.comI bought the doll "Sparkling Promise" from Ashton Drake. I chose Cheryl's Dolls not only because she was cheaper, but also because I didn't have to pay the $76 additional cost of to the fact that I live in France.
Seller wanted to ship the doll the same day of the order, but paypal website didn't accept my address so he had to go to the carrier ; but it was very fast, instead of 24h doll was shipped in 48h.
As it was a porcelain doll I was a little afraid she can't bear the trip but all went well, she was very well packaged.
In short, I am very satisfied with the work of Cheryl's Dolls and communication I had with the seller, I recommend!

Provided by YP.comI buy from Cheryl's Dolls & Collectibles all the time. I have never had a problem. She has a huge selections of Barbies, Alexanders, Tonner and many many other dolls. I have bought from her for years. I read the bad listing about the Alexander dolls. Cheryl did say that the boxes had age spots in them, but that the dolls were perfectly in mint condition. Arlene said that they smelled like smoke. In Cheryl's defense I know that she does not smoke or allow anyone in the shop to smoke.
In any event, I recommend her highly and if you will buy from her, you will be pleased, I am sure. Martha

Provided by YP.comI paid over $600.00 for Madame Alexander dolls which I purchased on line. Although the dolls were a couple years old, they were considered new because they had never been removed from their original boxes. When I received the dolls, the majority of them had brown stains on the inside of the boxes. After handling the boxes, my eyes started to itch and burn. I emailed Cheryl and her response was "They are very old dolls and the spots are age spots." I purchase dozens of Madame Alexander dolls a year, many of them older than the ones I purchased from Cheryl's, and I have never received a doll in a box with "age spots" or caused me to have an allergic reaction. Any serious collector knows that dolls are more valuable when both the doll and box are in mint condition. Cheryl's response was "I didn't know you were buying boxes". At the very least, their website should have a disclaimer that the boxes are damaged or have "age spots". Eventually, she told me I could return them and she would reimburse me for the return shipping charges. On 6/27/13 she told me she credited my Paypal account. I contacted Paypal on 7/9/13 and they told me they had no record of a credit. After I contacted Cheryl, again, she issued the credit to my Paypal account but now she refuses to refund my return shipping charges. If you plan on buying a doll at Cheryl's Dolls & Collectibles, I would suggest you only buy it in person. This way you can inspect the doll prior to purchasing. If you are buying on line - BUYER BEWARE!!!
