My agent from this office was Jason Pithers. I wanted to purchase a home in Florida that me and my family could enjoy for our life times together. My budget is modest.

I am a challenging person to have as a client buyer for many reasons. I like to see every house on the market in my area, I look at everything closely, I have a long list of stuff I want, and I want to look for as long as it takes. I have had agents drive me around for more than one year, looking at properties. I explained this to Jason upfront, and he said, "okay".

I found him very patient and willing to look at many, many homes. His social skills are outstanding and he is able to handle various aspects of business relationships gracefully.

He was able to make unusual arrangements for me so that I would feel safe in handing my life savings over in the transaction. He is agreeable whenever possible, but is also able to tactfully tell you when you are incorrect.

He kept my wish list in mind always when looking and did not impose his own desires upon me. He investigates things as needed or requested and works though problems until a solution is found.

I never felt pressured to buy any particular house.

I am very excited about the home we finally found. I'm sure I can be happy there for a life time.
