Compton Place apartments are the worst we have ever lived in. (1) Our first problem was to trust the office staff that our apartment would be ready on move-in day. It was not and many things were not done, such as, (a) Big hole in floor under washer & dryer. It took them 4 months of us harassing them to get it fixed; (b) Master bathroom shower cracked and water stayed on floor for hours. Also took 4 months for them to fix; (c) Appliances were awful and large burner on stove did not work last 4 months we lived there. They claimed they fixed it more than once but it still didn't work. (2) Pool was usually dirty and for the year we lived there, hot tub never worked. (3)They never sprayed for bugs even after we asked. (4) People in office only friendly before you sign the lease. After that, you get nothing out of them. We could not wait for our 1 year lease to be up, to get out of there.
