2 stars because this a good/bad review and I can't give 2.5... and as we all know, one bad experience makes all the good go out the window. This is now the 2nd bad experience with service. I purchased my truck here in 14' and have since referred 3 people whom has purchased cars here. Frank Diaz and the sales team are great. A real pleasure to deal with.

The service department however could use some polishing. Working in service myself, situations that are allowed in their service department wouldn't fly in my field service office.

The first incident we had was one of the advisers (Chris whom I just found out is no longer there. Not surprised) belittling my wife when she took the truck in for service. Treating her like "A female in a truck dealership" I called the dealership and it went all the way up to the Director Shay whom called me back and was very polite and made us both feel better about the situation and the actions that "would be taken" to correct the issue. If those "actions" were ever put into motion, we'll never know.

Today my wife is being denied an oil change we already paid for. The last time I took my truck in for service I was sold an oil change package which consisted of 2 oil changes. Apparently (unbeknownst to me) these packages expire. She was told our package CONVENIENTLY just expired. I may have, who knows. Instead of the dealership making this right, they would rather lose a customer and take a bad review on Google. It's only $20 or $30 but it's principle at this point. I already paid for this in a package, I'm not paying for it again. Luckily, I drive by 2 other Dodge Chrysler dealers to get to this one. Over $20, we will not be back for service nor to buy more vehicles.

So my wife just called me and told me the Director Shay just came down and chewed out the adviser (Rob). I asked if that happened in front of her and she told me the adviser told her it happened. I can't think of anything more unprofessional than to relay to the customer you were just disciplined. Additionally, she told me the techs in the shop were having a great time playing with my on-board air management system and blowing my train horns. My truck was brought in for an oil change.... not for the techs to play with the accessories on my truck. My air pump switch was left on when my wife got the truck back. Lickily I have a safety switch installed to turn the pump off when max pressure has been reached so the tank didn't explode and hurt anyone. Lastly, my wife sends me a picture (see below) of my truck how it was returned to her. Paper mat still on the floor and the plastic seat cover wadded up still on my seat. I almost feel like I need to go through my truck to make sure none of my valuables are missing. Heads would ROLL if this happened in my service department.*****

We will NEVER come back to this place. What a joke of a service department.

So, originally, they had actually talked me into writing a good review for them....(hence the response). However, after looking back through all my paperwork. They charged me for thousands of dollars worth of optional things that they said they were “throwing in”.
Don’t trust them. I will be going in tomorrow to try and have this straightened out. Which I’m sure it won’t be since I’ve already signed. They just want your money. Just like every other dealership. Be careful. This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had! The first car I was buying ended up having a recall and after being there all day, I couldn’t buy it. Then I LITERALLY PURCHASED another vehicle and when I went to pick it up they told me they accidentally sold it to someone else!! Then, after doing all the paperwork over and over and over.....they offered to throw in some oil changes etc..which I now see I was charged $990 for 3 oil changes!! And an optional maintenance plan for $2100! After I said I didn’t want anything extra. And a fabric protection plan which I was led to believe was included. Also....my old bank keeps calling me because the “forgot” to send the check to pay off my trade in!

Horrible experience! Go to another Jeep dealer! Was completely taken advantage of. Tok over five hours to complete process, aND once you buy they are done with you.

This was by far the best car buying experience! Ask for Thomas :) he got us in and out purchasing a new car in 2 hours flat.

Made a purchase 2 days ago and feel very duped. All the time I thought I was negotiating a price they were actually just extending the term of the loan to get payment where I said I needed it. Didn't realize until they had already transferred the tag and given me a new registration. Then when I was feeling confused about everything and telling them they could transfer it back they kept justingnout to talk amongst themselves and come back in with ways to lower payment. Once I was home and reviewed everything I really regret being "hood winked" and wish there was a way to get out and Give them their car back.

Purchased a new work vehicle March 27,2014 came with shelf package and back up camera. After signing the papers to take position they told me it would be two weeks for shelves and camera. The time went by and I called to ask about getting it installed and they said they forgot to order the parts. Have this all documented in e-mails .Final got shelf's installed May 8 , 2014. They still have vehicle and rear camera not installed yet. They called to tell me they did not have tools to install. Now they wish me to take position of the vehicle unfinished for 2nd time and reschedule the work. I have already made 2 payments on unit and have not been able to use it. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever seen and you should stay away at all costs.

I have also notified Chrysler corporation about the same issues. If I could rate zero stars I would I will never purchase from them again

Fraudulent people

This place gave me a car so easy I was surprised about it but weeks after it came that the financial manager named Kathy Pizarro was lying to the banks about my personal, job and even credit information. The banks denied the loans because they said what she was doing was unethical. I reported this issue to the BBB and like all company they refused to give me the reason. They are very sneaky they would do anything to sell a car including lie about your job and credit information. Like I mentioned she put me as I was working somewhere else, she put me like I was earning more than I was really was and then she gave the bank a different address from my real one. Thank god the banks call me to confirm the information and everything they had about me was a lie invented by her so I didn't get the car but I got a higher insurance policy because they made me canceled mines and late fees for my trade in car.



Stay away from this and many other dealers but remember to have a approved loan before going to a dealer because if you get a dealer's loan you would pay more, get information behind your back that is false, you pay penalties if you decide to pay off your loan and higher interests....!!
