Brian our advisor was nothing short of professional, considerate and very helpful in ensuring both my husband and my time was not wasted or misused. The salespeople should know all of the features of each vehicle they are selling. Our salesperson told us that the mpg tracker was to let the driver know how many miles the car could travel on the gas that was remaining in the tank but that was not the case at all. After taking the vehicle in to the repair department they explained to me that that was only to let the driver know what the mpg rate is depending on how the car is being driven. (acceleration, speed, etc.) If we had been correctly informed by the salesperson what this blinking light was, there wouldn't have been so much frustration after only owning the vehicle for one day.

My 2017 Nissan Rogue had a slow leak in the back tire. I brought it to Tires Plus and they told me I needed a new tire. I decided to go to Courtesy Nissan for the tire replacement and Andrew checked over the tire and realized I only needed a patch. He repaired it for me at no cost and I was on my way. 2 days later, I ran over a razor blade (yes, a razor blade) that completely flattened my tire. I was back in the shop to see Andrew. He fit me in right away and replaced my tire, with a discount, for my troubles. He is awesome! Very professional, very knowledgeable. I would go to him if needed again. But I hope I never have to!

The service department has gotten very disappointing over the last few years. Just had an expensive repair due to a dirty engine filter. Was pointed out needing to be replaced AFTER my oil change a couple of months ago. Tried to bring it in two Saturdays ago after setting an appointment over the phone to also have the breaks replaced. Left after being told it would be over 3 hours. On Saturday this past weekend I had set an online appointment for 8 am the day before. When I got there there was no record in the system of my appointment. I even had my confirmation printout.

This is my second lease car at this dealer. From my experience, they always provide excellent customer service.
If I had to find something for improvement, they could keep me better informed as to the progress (how much longer?) of the service. The waiting area is comfortable and in general the service visit is usually very pleasant.

I bought a 2014 honda accord from Courtesy Nissan and was told it went through their vigorous inspection and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. I've asked for the records of the inspection multiple times and have been ignored with my requests. I did not notice anything wrong with the test drive but it was also low on gas with a range of 0 so we didn't get to drive it too far. They didn't offer to refill the gas so that we could take it for a longer drive but I also didn't ask which is my fault. I figured it would be fine because it's a 2014 and they kept reassuring me that it passed their inspections. The next day, I noticed that the cars steering wheel was shifted to the left, the ride was bumpy, and the shifting of the car was notchy (it has a manual transmission). I called Courtesy Nissan and they said to bring it in and they will check it over again. I go to pick it up and they say that there is nothing wrong with the car. The steering wheel looked straight surprisingly. The next day, I take it to my mechanic, the Honda dealership, and Kauffman tires to see what is going on with my car. Kauffman tires showed that the alignment was definitely off and that one tire was inflated more than the other to make it seem like the steering wheel was straight. They had to balance the tires which was causing the bumpy ride. The tires also need to be replaced soon which I didn't realize since the wear was on the inside of the tire. My mechanic told me that it seems like there is something wrong with the transmission and not the clutch that I assumed it was. I took it to Courtesy Honda and they told me that they suspect the synchros are going bad in the transmission and that it will cost around 3000 dollars to rebuild the transmission. All in all, Courtesy Nissan ripped me off. I now have to try to figure out how to pay for all of the repairs while making the car payment.

Courtesy Nissan was great throughout our vehicle search and purchase experience. We recently went in for our first maintenance appointment and the Service Department was efficient, courteous, professional, and priced competitively. They also have a nice customer lounge with big screen TV, wifi, and a selection of complementary hot and cold beverages.

Matthieu was amazing! He was so helpful and patient with me while I was looking at all the options. I ended up buying a used Jeep Compass and could not be happier! I am in love with it. I also loved chatting with LeRoy in the finance office and Tim helped me organise and get a good price on insurance. I will for sure go back!

When we arrived to complete our deal for our used 2014 Xterra, the finance department was very confused on how to complete our deal through our credit union.



We had noticed some minor damage on the veh and pointed it out to Tim. We have not heard back. When we took ownership of the veh the car was not detailed at all. There was gum in the back seat floor board that I paid to have removed. Also, we asked for the tires to be balanced, which we were assured was completed. However, I have since paid to have completed because it was not. My tire store informed me the tires on the Nissan are inexpensive, low quality tires and they will not last long.



I complained about receiving only 1 key, was told they would get back with me about obtaining a 2nd, and I have not heard from them. When we finished our paperwork they walked us to our veh and left. We waited for a sales person to return and no one ever did. I assume they thought they were done and left us with a bag of problems.

Personnel should have the best knowledge about every vehicle they are selling. She did not know enough about this vehicle. Everything that she told me did not work perfectly, for example she said if I left my lights on Auto The light switch automatically adjust and when it was dark the headlights come on automatically, they do not I have to turn on my headlights, also when I have it on auto and I turn off my vehicle my headlight should automatically turn off within 45 seconds to a minute I was there three minutes and they do not turn off I have to physically turn them off! and also she told me that The clock would change automatically with daylight savings time & it doesn't I had to adjust the clock manually there were other things she told me as well. I do not like being told that my vehicle does something and then it doesn't. I'm very disappointed in Evelyn because I thought she was a great sales person but she does not know anything about The car is that she sells, I don't appreciate being told my car will do something it doesn't cause we've had problems with the windows. They were supposed to have been tinted before I took the car home, I realized the next day since the purchase was made at night the Windows were not tinted. Evelyn assumed that the windows were tinted and my husband had to bring the car back in to have the windows tinted and after that, checking the windows there were bubbles, we went somewhere else because we didn't have a time to bring the car back. Highly disappointed in information I'm given and it's not following through!!! Evelyn also asked me to give her a 10 on her review otherwise she will get her bonus I don't feel it's appropriate for a sales person to ask the customer to give them a 10 in no situation whatsoever that is cheating especially when you earn it. On the phone so she said she would get me a good deal whenmy camera supposed be installed and now I feel like she is not trustworthy and doesn't have a word or doesn't know what she's talking about and I would hate to come to Courtesy Nissan, make arrangements to have the camera installed and have to pay way over what Evelyn quoted me. Evelyn said it would be around $200 & nothing more than that. So I can't give her a 10 on my survey when I get it & I have not received any survey yet, Evelyn has called me at least 3-4 x's a day continuously asking for me to do this survey, which I have not received. which I know she asked me to give her 10's, but right now after everything that's gone wrong w/her, I can't give a ten if not earned!!!!!!! oh and also with Honori, I am not plz'd with him either he told me he would hold a car for me and he didn't and he sold it right after I left another customer.

I brought my Nissan Altima in for an oil change and have them look at my squeaky brakes. I worked with Scott and Jose. They got me in and performed the service with no issues. I was late for my appt but they still took care of me and made no mention to it. The service area was clean and had some nice perks. I would definitely recommend taking your car here for service. A+ experience. Great job Scott & Jose!

I had service done on my new Maxima with Scott Hewitt at Courtesy Nissan. The experience could not have been better! There was an obscure creak in the car and it was beyond annoying. He gave me a loaner, determined what the problem was and fixed it within a few days. The car was pristine...beautifully detailed and clean when I picked it up! And the best part is that the creak is gone! I can relax and enjoy peace and quiet when I drive my car now. Scott is always professional and friendly as well as attentive and knowledgeable with the repairs and installations I have had done on the car. Thank you Scott and Courtesy Nissan! You are A++++++++!!!

I bought a Nissan Rogue Select, my thought was that a crossover SUV would be more useful than my 2004 sedan; not true for me. The trunk of my 300M held more than the cargo area behind the second row of seats. The gas mileage is mediocre as, after 1 month of mixed driving, I average 25mpg. I was getting 21 with the 6cyl. 300M. The drivers seat gets very tiring after an hour or so. And, one real pain is that the window controls and console are about 8" behind where my hands lie. I've learned to operate/access with a cross body reach. I like the vent controls, manual HVAC controls, and peppy engine. BTW- the brakes are very sensitive (and good) as they will put you though the windshield without much pedal effort.



I wish I could just return the vehicle and keep shopping. But I've resigned to owning it for a year or so before trading it out.
