You know that saying: “They (He or She) really knows their (his or her) stuff”? Well, when it comes to Mr. Randall at D & W Typewriter Sales and Service, you can definitely use this saying as it applies to his knowledge of, understanding of and capability to repair typewriters. He did a fantastic job repairing and tuning my Remington typewriter! Not only that, but Mr. Randall’s personality and professionalism is such that you can’t help but like the gentleman. On my first visit, he made me feel as though he’d known me for years. He was very understanding of my lack of knowledge about my typewriter and took the time to explain what needed to be done to get it in “great” working condition. Believe me, I will not go to anyone else for future repairs or advise! D & W Typewriter Sales and Service is definitely worth having your business if you are in need of repairs or services done on your typewriter. The whole experience made me feel as though I was a part of the documentary “California Typewriter”. Thanks Mr. Randall ! Maybe they should name a typewriter after YOU!!
