Went in with a tooth ache. Of course, as is customary these days, had to pay for everything up front, insurance covered all but $900 & I made a $500 down payment. This included 1300 for a permanent crown. Dentist poked around and x-rayed and put on a temp crown then referred me to a Perio. Perio looked at the tooth and extracted it put in sinus seal and bone graft. I called Dental Designs twice about the tooth being extracted and that the charge for the permanent crown needed to be reversed. I have received two bills for the remaining $400. I called the insurance company and told them about it but they did not seem too concerned and said they would contact the office and have them re-file. The 2 different people I talked to said I would have to speak with the office manager and of course that person was conveniently not available when I called and of course never returned my call. The way I look at it they owe me several hundred dollars and have over charged the insurance company for a procedure that was not completed. I would not recommend them to anyone.
