This place DOESN'T want your business. The guy at the window, Dave, is nice but the head guy is the rudest person I've ever encountered at any business. They tried to repair a digital audio interface for me but failed. Claimed that they got no help from the vendor. No wonder, if they spoke to the vendor they way they spoke to me, I wouldn't have helped them either. I took the unit home and then realized that some of its functionality could be salvaged but was inaccessible. Note that this functionality was accessible when I first took the unit in for repair. I called and was told to bring the unit back and was then chastised for bringing it back when I got there. Save yourself the aggravation. DON'T take your stuff there. They DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS.
