Disappointing! Tried to rent a kids violin, and offered to put a deposit down equal to the cost of the instrument; no dice. I didn't want to share my SSN or Drivers license number due to identity theft concerns, and didn't want an unnecessary credit check to impact my credit rating (which is excellent). The owner said they do credit checks on all rentals, period, and had no interest in my deposit (or apparently my business). I can't speak to the quality of the instruments, music knowledge, etc, but I obviously found the store completely inflexible and lacking in customer service; not the neighborly small music store I'd hoped to find.

Nice guy - introduce yourself

This is the best music store lactated in south Tampa. I have known Don and Mitch for over 20 years and they stand buy their products. They have a solid inventory and have direct contact to all the big name brand supplers. They also provide quality music lessons in there state of the art studios on site. Need drum items see Don he's a quality drummer and band leader , he has a extensive back ground and will always help you make the beat decisions. Do not forget they have a great band rental program and they repair all kinds of band insturments too! See Mitch he's a great horn player!
