I found the receptionist incapable of understanding the logistics surrounding the new year and the deductibles that my employer covers. (With the actual benefits person on the telephone) The plan that I have; my employer covers nearly all of my deductibles. But its at the DRs discretion of billing me direct or billing the insurance company; whom bills my employer. The receptionist then brought the DR over to discuss.
