I have visited this location plenty of times since it opened and is now my closest DD...on this occasion, I went in with a special request; my brother-in-law, an actor in California was making a music video parody and he needed dunkin donut boxes and a box of joe (boxes only...since I was shipping them across the country). When I told the staff member what he was doing and asked if they'd be willing to donate a dozen box, a munchkin box and a box o' joe box, I was told they pay for those boxes so they couldn't donate them for the video. She was friendly about it, but that was the end of the conversation. She didn't call a manager to ask or anything.



I still purchased the donuts and shipped the dirty boxes across the country-but I didn't get the box of joe. Instead, my mother, in Pennsylvania went to her local DD and asked for the same thing and was immediately given the box without question.



Anyway...this video has now gone completely viral overnight. And DD is getting great publicity because of it. Too bad this location didn't want to donate the boxes.
