My schedule is very busy during the week so I was glad to see that they're open Saturdays. I had a small window to get the work done and they did it. I'm very pleased with the results.

My experience at Dynasty Customs was great. My car is in good hands with their knowledgeable staff. Everything went smoothly and next time I want to do something with my car I will be going back to Dynasty.

I got my stereo installed, which I was happy with. But was missing a piece to hookup the subwoofers. The manager Gill said it would have to come from the manufacutor and he would call them to send one over from the Orlando warehouse. I waited a week, after no call back I called the manager and he told me they couldn't find one and he may have to call the main warhouse. I waited another week, no call back I called them. The manager told me they didn't have it and he had to call CA to see if they had one or could make one. All these times telling me he would call me when he found out something. Another week later still no call back I called Gill the manager and he said he they haven't gotten back to him and he would call again. This was on a Friday 3 weeks have gone by, never got the call back so when I called again Gill on Monday he said the guy was out on Friday and he would try them again. I waited til Wednesday and that's right NO CALL BACK I call him and he told me he got busy and forgot. I said you forgot for 3 1/2 weeks, he told me what's my problem I'm not going to charge you for the peice. Thanks you saved me a whole $10. I found one on ebay for $9 + shipping in 15 minutes.
