This company has very poor customer service. Charged our business after we canceled their services and they refused to refund the money. Stay away from the liar Gary Kelly. He does not stand by his word. Bunch of crooks.

Pure disgust over dealing with this company's deceptive business practices. They will come in and show you how much money you'll save by using their machine or service and once you get started they will continue to ramp up rates and fees from out of nowhere. Try to cancel and they will also hit you with a cancellation fee with their 3 year lock commitment, for which they will tell you won't be enforced, but definitely will be. Try a $495 early cancellation fee and higher rates each month from smooth talking salesmen with their phony comparison rate sheet. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Deceptive business practices from this company which appears to make it's money from deceiving customers with variable credit card rates and multiple fees that appear from nowhere. They also make it difficulty to get out of a contract you'll never know you had. Try dealing with this company for 3 years spending an hour or two a week dealing with their customer service checking on your mysterious rate changes and charges that they appear to have no answer for. 3 months was all I could take, and then was hit with a large termination fee. I will warn my colleagues to avaoid this company like the plague.

Very helpful, customer-focused, and ethical company with a consultative approach. Transparency was a pleasant surprise in an industry that can be less than straight-forward. I very much appreciated the service and attention to detail paid buy the people I dealt with here in Tampa.
