I took my wife there to get partials. The doctor was not able to deliver an acceptable product after two different construction attempts and several adjustments (five).

Dr. Prado is nice but seems aloof and has awful office management. His front desk reception doesn't answer the phones, and if they do/ she does she is very short and aggressive. I would not recommend coming to Dr. Prado if you want a "relaxing/ good" experience at the dentist. My experience was awful.
