There is a reason why this place have such crappy rating!!! Specially the girls in the desk that takes you in exams! My wife has had her bad experience so I figured I’ll give them another try. Well never left a bad review but here it is to a place that deserves it.

Will take business some where else that actually know customer service.

I visited last year when a different, more experienced, optometrist gave me my yearly eye exam for a contact prescription. After about 30-40 minutes total, I was out of the office and on with my day, wearing the correct prescription contacts. I received my 12 month prescription by mail a week or so later. Thinking back to that visit and the ease and smoothness in operating procedure in their office I scheduled my yearly exam again with this location. After arriving at their office on time, I was hustled in and back out of the office rotating with other "patients", until FINALLY being fitted with contacts. It was a THREE HOUR adventure. On my next appointment a week later, I had been given a TOTALLY wrong prescription and after 2 hours got fitted with the correct ones. I paid for my prescription that day and was told that I could come back to the office and pick up my 3 month prescription ( that I paid regular retail price for). After 10 business days I called 2 days in a row and my contacts are still not in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This staff is lazy, unprofessional, and the optometrist is a stuck up newbie fresh out of "EYE" school with a pretentious c-class mercedes she affords due to charging regular full-prices on exams, without the full-service to match. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME with using this buiness! I implore you to visit somewhere else; anywhere else!

This place is a joke I have been waiting for three weeks for my glasses to come in and keep getting the run around. That is just the half of the story. I was lied to at first that they had a special of buy one at $99 dollars the second is free!! They guy who sold me my glasses was a joke to b/c he was on the phone for thirty minutes while I was waiting patiently. I spent 327.00 on glasses, and still havent gotten them. The messed up and didnt even send my frames out till Monday March 30th 2009 after I ordered them March 19th, 2009.

The manager's name is Archie and very rude. I have called corporate on them to even complain of this matter and they seem to relaxed on the issue. I am in managment for a large hotel and if I spoke to my customer's the way he spoke to me or have corporate called on me I would be one foot out the door. The economy is way to in limbo to go through this hassel of glasses. Please I beg you don't go here.
