Absolutely horrible experience dealing with them.
They ruined an expensive sweater I bought my wife for Christmas, then denied all wrong-doing and wouldn't even allow me to talk to a manager, etc. No manager ever seemed to be there nor did anyone seem to have any responsibility whatsoever.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had in 40 years. Filed a complaint with the BBB, and going to let everyone I know - and don't know, but can get a hold of - know how horrible they are.

They ruined a $300 silk blouse by fraying the fabric and it was very clear that it was rubbed too hard. I talked to the manager and she denied all responsibility and became very aggressive and argumentative, reminiscent of a second grade school yard fight. I just took my item and left as who has time for that behavior? So, I would highly recommend that you avoid this cleaner!!!!

Incompetent and terrible customer service

I took my comforter here and very much regret it. It took them 3 tries until I was fed up and took it elsewhere. The first time it looked like they did absolutely nothing. The second time it was worse than when I brought it in. At that time I called the manager asking for a refund. She explained that she could not give me my money back because they had already "performed the service" (debatable.) I gave then one more chance and when I picked it up it was still stained, but now it was also faded, snagged and the stuffing was falling apart inside. They have complete disregard for their customers as they require upfront payment and obviously no refunds. Take your dry cleaning to McNatt's 5 seconds away.

I brought in a Apple Bottoms bedding, and it had a candy on it,tell me why when I went to pick it up, NOT only was the candy still on it, but it melted all over, seem like they just threw it in the machine without spot treating it, which was specify, had to keep coming back, keep coming back, spoke to the NEW owner named JOHN TURNER who was rude and disrespectful, asking me am I married etc............ I went back for the FOURTH time to sign a letter to try to recieve some compensation, I asked him when will I receive my money, he simply hung up, so 8 days later I am out of a rare bedding set, but also money, now I have to wait some more, and spend some more gas, which Im not getting compensated for. What a horrible, disrespectful owner and to say that it was my first time ever coming there, I see why they rarely do business. Let's see what he does now. NEVER AGAIN will I ever go there.

BE WARNED, PRICE ISN'T WORTH IT! Was a weekly loyal customer for years with only minor issues (missing buttons, small tears, etc.), but when they lost an expensive garment the owner Marilou would not reimburse and refused to even discuss a resolution. She was happy to lose a loyal customer rather than accept responsibility. The "low" price ended up costing me dearly.
