The FBI Group rocks. They inspected by daughter's property. You know how Momma's are, I was there watching everything like a hawk. They were on time, professional and even had a sense of humor which I did not expect. They did a recap at the end of the inspection and allowed question time. Great job! I would highly recommend to anyone.

i suggest avoiding this inspection group. i had mine done, and they missed something rather important.
now i face a bill, only a month after i moved in, for several thousand dollars.
i contacted FBI group to see if they would be willing to put in a claim for me,
but was met with awkward stone-wall explanations and a sentiment that they are refusing to help.
to be specific, my water pressure is very low, for example,
if any faucet downstairs is on, the upstairs showerd either trickles, or nothing comes out.
it turns out the cause for this is that water softener is completely non-functional, and requires replacement.
FBI group refuses to take any responsibility, despite the fact that they put in my report,
"Water flow and pressure: Typical for neighborhood".
There's lots of inspection groups out there. do not use this one.
