Owner was extremely rude & uncaring. He was too rough with my nails, hurt & cut me & never apologized when I told him to be more gentle. Won't go back.

Would not recommend Rude and terrible service

OMG, I could not believe overt discrimination exists in this day and age, until the day I walk into this salon.

The superior ambience drew me in, I was a walk in. It was a busy Saturday PM, I was told they have immediate time available for Mani & Pedi. I went in with my kids I asked if we can get the mani done and if my kids are still patient to go for the pedi. The girl in gothic makeup that attended on me said ok, but with a scowl on her face. 10 minutes into the nail routine, I was told I have to step aside and wait for 30 minutes for someone to become available because the customer with an appointment had arrived.

I said this was not professional I should not have been taken in the first place, but since they did, the job needs to be done. The girl that attended on me got up and left directed me to the owner another asian guy. All he said was " that is the door you can walk out."

So why was I picked to step aside half way thro my appointment, perhaps cause I was an asian( of a different kind, not decorative enough for the salon) or was it because my two well behave kids did not fit the decor?

There are nail salons, dime a dozen, they all treat you like a queen.....stay away from this one

I love all the staff at Happy Nails! They are all so friendly. I've been getting my fills and pedicures there for several, and they are the BEST in New Tampa! I've tried all the others around, and now I will never leave Happy Nails.

Highly recommend NOT going here! I was receiving a pedicure when the tech decided to cut her own hang nail off of her finger then return to trimming me!!! Need I say any more?
