This is the most unprofessional med spa I've ever been at. First its a ripoff - it tries to lure customers in through groupons for whatever treatment they adverstise but do not have the product or doesn't have a physician overseeing these treatments. I purchased a groupon back in May and every appointment I've made has been cancelled. They usually don't let you know till you show up , but if you are lucky they do let you know the day before. - The manager - Jesse lies to your face or over the phone saying "Oh for sure we won't cancel this appointment, but of course it is cancelled"



I've tried to get my money back, but they cashed in the coupon already and they will not refund.
