I am a 34 year old woman with PCOS and was told I was never able to receive without IVF, even by another acupuncturist. That is, until I saw Carolyn at Huffman Wellness. I told her with tears in my eyes, she was my last resort and I wanted to give it a chance to conceive naturally. She said she would work with me, but there were no guarantees with the complexities with PCOS. And, I may eventually have to resort to IVF. But, just when I was about to give up 6 months later, I had a positive pregnancy test. Who would have thought with an ovulation day of 25, I would become pregnant. I saw Carolyn once a week for acupuncture, in addition I took Chinese medicinals, improved my eating habits and added vitamins supplements upon her suggestion. My mantra to myself, just before conceiving, was “34 and Fabulous!”. Well, I never felt more fabulous.



My PCOS case was transformed in to a healthy state of body and mind. And, I am forever grateful, and will be sure to see her next time around for my second child.

I saw Carolyn for fertility related problems and after 3 months of acupuncture and herbs I conceived. I am almost 40 years old and have had one miscarriage. I have also been trying to conceive for the last 5 years and was at my wits end until I attended one of her forums last spring and then committed myself to attending acupuncture sessions for 3 months. I live in Spring Hill Florida but worked in Brandon, so I would go after work. The sessions were very relaxing. She also helped relieve my migraine headaches and constipation and my husband noticed I was a lot less irritable and not so easy to snap. I will be forever grateful to Carolyn for helping me to achieve this precious gift that I will give birth to in April.
