Hello, This post is being placed as a wholesaler and retailer of promotional goods. I have been in the business for over 25 years and I only deal with quality vendors. Impact has treated me with the up most respect and has allowed my company the opportunity to help others with great pricing.
The products are the best on the market and the service is always excellent. Impact uses the best technology in the business allowing me to offer my clients several different ways to print their logos and designs. Impact caters to me allow me to cater my clientele.
This is a family operated business, so for me it is a relief to get one on one service from a real person. FACE TO FACE and REAL DEALS.

This guy seemed nice at first. He obviously does decent work because his store is filled with cool products he's done. but for me, I got business cards from him and it too 4 months to get them and there was a big grammer error on them. So he fixed them immediately and had them sent directly to my house. The second time there was a graphic messup. I went to the store to get a refund and the jerk told me that he would give me only $20 of the $60 I paid back because he felt that they were good enough. He told me that he would do them a 3rd time with no refund. I said why should I give you a 3rd chance. I wanted to take my $60 and go elsewhere but he wouldn't give me my full refund, period!...for $40 this cheap BUM is willing to ruin his business....DON'T GO HERE...BE WARNED

Our Process 1. Come in to our showroom or call in 2. Our staff collects your contact information, product(s) and/or service(s) of interest 3. We provide you a quote, in writing, including product(s) and/or service(s) requested, shipping and payment options and/or terms available 4. Once quote is approved we send an Order Acknowledgement to verify the order 5. Next, we send an Art Approval Proof of your custom product(s) for your approval 6. Once the Art Approval Proof is approved we begin production of your product(s) and/or services(s) (This is when your production time starts, not the day you place an order) 7. Standard turnaround time is 5-10 business days after artwork approval (Rush orders are available, please call store for details) 8. Once your order is complete we send you an invoice and your custom product(s) are available for pick-up or shipment If there is concerns about an order, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible, and if we are at fault we will correct the issue for you. Please remember to review your Art Approval Proof completely for any grammatical or graphic errors prior to production. Once an art approval is approved, we begin the production of your product.
