Finally, a place to buy good quality EVOOs and Balsamic Vinegars here in Tampa. I found this place because of a recommendation by the author of EXTRA VIRGINITY, the book about the olive oil scandal in the US. When I walked in I was amazed to see the many different infused flavors...more than I ever imagined existed. I was a bit overwhelmed as to how I could use these in my daily meals, but the owners offered suggested pairings to combine the flavors and shared easy recipe suggestions with me. This store has a new concept of tasting before you buy. And the fact that I was encouraged to taste the offerings was helpful as I chose my favorites. I was impressed with the fact my purchases were bottled and sealed for me at the time of my purchase. I found the prices quite reasonable and the quality of the oils and vinegars top notch. I
