Provided by YP.comSteer clear of this con artist Nate Hart, he is a 1st class slum lord that will milk you for rent and wont fix anything. He also rents out properties that is infested with pests and wont do anything about it, but when you threaten to take legal action he will say that you brought the pests in.
Stay clear away from renting or buying any property from him.
