My 4 yr old started here last month and so far we have been happy. She was given an assessment test and the teacher pays her extra attention and gives her more challenging work since she was evaluated above her class level in reading and writing. We are happy with Ms Susan. They have a separate dining room for snacks and food. The entire facility appears clean to me.

I have two children who went to this school. One from 4 months through VPK and the other started at 4 months and is currently still there. My older child, who is now in 2nd grade, keeps in contact with friends that she has known since 4 months old. My younger child has had some of the same teachers as my older child did and they are nearly 5 years apart. Yes, some teachers come and go but in the last 8 years that I have had kids in the school there is definitely a core group that can be counted on. It seems that the only time a student leaves is if a family moves or leaves a job so yes that makes it hard to get in.

Please do yourself and your child a favor and stay away from this place, this learning center has more roaches than kids, huge pest control issue specially the infant's room where babies are crawling all day. The owner is a very rude and mean person, she treats the teachers with no respect at all, no wonder their turn around is so irregular. if you are going to pay for your child's education please choose a better and more professional learning center, don't be fooled by the neighborhood or the looks.

Constantly changing teachers in each room. My child had over 6 teachers in 7 months. Owner is very unfriendly and is not willing to think of your child as an individual. My child was in the 2 yrs old class with the main teacher who could not speak good enough English to communicate with the parents. Very frustrating. Teachers were more interested in speaking with each other than engaging the students. Curriculum was way below other schools in the area. Would recommend another center for your child.

I brushed it off and decided to take a look at the facility despite the bump in the road that had already occurred. The female employee (caucasian female, with short dark hair) giving me the tour, immediately went into the fact that the didn't have any space in the infant room or the summer camp and said she would show me the toddler room and offered to place my son on a wait list for the next 2 months. At this point I I felt as though she really did not even want me to enroll my kids there. She was rushing and speaking fast whenever I asked a question. It almost felt as though she looked down on me and it made me very upset. Looks can be decieving I look very young for my age and felt as though I was being treated like some teenager with 2 kids, who probably couldn't afford the service. First impression are the the most important. Although the facility was nice, the experience I had in 15 minutes of being there has left an awful taste in my mouth and I will never visit or recommend

I just visited your daycare facility in Westchase Tampa FL. I have been searching for a new daycare provider for my 10 month old son and a summer program for my 5 year old daughter. While I was signing in to see the facility my 5 year old began to play on a small carousel located in the lobby area. A male employee sitting in the an office nearby said from across a hall that she was too big to play with the carousel to another female employee. She then told my daughter (who was in her school uniform) that if she was in kindergarten then she was "obviously" too big to play with the carousel. At this point she had not even said hello or approached my children in a warm manner and was already scolding her in front of everyone in the lobby. This really annoyed me, not because she was being corrected, but more of how the employees when about do it. The motto for the school states, "Hug them Teach" which is no where near the approach that was taken with this small occurance. ....
