awful phone answering. couldnt even answer my question before they hung up.

I've used them for altering several things from shortening pant hems and sleeves to taking in the sides of dresses. They amazed me how they were able to shorten the sleeves of a leather jacket with a lining and you couldn't tell it had been altered. They are Korean and you may encounter a little bit of a problem communicating but they do a terrific job.
