Called and spoke to a gentleman at 930 who stated that he would pass my info along to pick up my bike for me. A girl then calls me about 1015 stating they should be there in an hr. That hr went by and I called and she stated the story about being backed up and they should have a driver there in another 30 minutes. I then called back in an hr and a half and I got a sob story about the girl only being there a week and she was overwhelmed with everything. I stated from a customer aspect all I wanted was the truth. If your not going to be there till the afternoon please say that instead of sugarcoating it. Then she told me if I was going to be a complainer than they didn't want my business and she would just rip up my paperwork.
