Kirschner Realty is the worst company I have EVER rented from. My Fiance and I lived in a nice house in Trinity. When the house was inspected by John 2 months prior to us moving out he said it was the nicest kept residency he had ever seen by a tenant! (Yes we’re clean freaks) when we moved out he took over 100 photos of the place and took the WHOLE ENTIRE security deposit ((($2,000))) PLUS is asking for an extra $50. He said the house was filthy and he had to have a cleaning service go in there as well as a carpet cleaning company after we moved out and that our security deposit covered the cost of those people. Meanwhile we had already had the carpets professionally cleaned AND the house professionally cleaned. He took complete advantage of us! We were also charged for items that weren’t even brand new when we moved in such as a new water filter which we NEVER once used because all we drink is bottled water. Out of all those pictures he took he never took one of the attic which I know he had to have gone up there!! There were a few boxes of Christmas decorations, some being sentimental and there was never a picture of those in the attic nor were they there when I went back to get them after I had realized I left those boxes. I know he took them!!!! If I could give zero stars I would but Google makes me give one! I’m sure someone will be replying or John will be replying in his defense. You know what you did John and thats all I have to say! GREEDY, DECEITFUL, LIAR.

Have been renting from Kirschner for 3 years they have been great to work with. I had issues with my job and had to pay late a few times, and they worked with me on the payments even calling the owners and explaining my situation. I vacated last month, moved to a bigger home and I cleaned the carpets, cleaned the home and followed the move out requirements and low and behold received my entire security deposit back. Professionalism at its best!

Awesome company! Manage 11 of my homes for over 7 years. Prior to Kirschner Realty I tryed managing the homes myself and tenants literally destroyed my properties. KIrschner takes before and after photos to show the condition of the homes therefore there are no discrepancies. Love working with Karen and John they are very personable, professional and matter of fact! Would highly recommend

Kirscher Realty is quite a disappointment. Rents to bad tenants and does nothing to fix it.

Kirscher Realty is quite a disappointment. We went there for help with one of the homes their tenants rent and were greeted nicely by Karen and Tom Kirscher, told they would take care of it with proof (pictures), then receive outrageous emails stating they to leave them alone and they will no longer deal with the issues their tenants are causing forwarding us to the police and other entities. John Fonte is rude, a bully, obnoxious and gives no respect. If you want quality treatment go elsewhere. Sadly, we were looking for a management company for our own properties and they ruined any chance of our business. Their tenants continue to harass, insult, and ruin the neighborhood, specifically targeting us. Please get rid of the nuisance your tenants have brought to our neighborhood. These tenants have fought with a majority of the neighbors since occupying the rental property and we are tired of dealing with such inadequate individuals who clearly cannot appreciate decency when faced with it. The tenants continue to state as long as they pay their rent they can get away and do anything because the "CHINO" OWNERS DO NOT CARE AND ONLY WANT MONEY! This is completely unacceptable and distasteful. Please understand it is our opinion that Kirschner Realty will rent to anyone and cares not for others. They can stop their tenants from doing what they are doing to disrupt our quiet enjoyment. They have the power to remove the tenants who are destroying our happiness with their ruthless inconsiderate ways. Stating they have found no cause is a lie. Everyone and anyone who has crossed the property has witnessed exactly what has been stated. Thanks for the reviews. This has helped us tremendously.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from beginning to end with business. They handled every question and need I had in a timely manner. Traveling for business as much as I do I'm hardly in the same place for too long. I would recommend their services to any and all of my friends.

Kirschner will screw you as a tenant or an owner. They charge $25 a repair even if it is a structural problem. They will lie to you and the owner. We rented from them for over 6 years till the house was falling apart around us. They are about as dishonest as they come. Its sad really, the owners daughter is rude and nasty and she lies. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. They are complete scumbags!

Had an appointment to see a property. The guy-jim woods-never bothered to call me to tell me he wasn't coming. Waited over 30 mins with my toddler who was not feeling well. So irresponsible!!! With agents like that what does it matter how nice a property is? Never calling these people again!
