***Honest, Honest, Honest***, I can't say enough about that. It's rare these days, but proprietor Lincoln Gobin is certainly that. We had a water leak inside the wall behind our bath tub and the insurance adjuster noticed some termite damage to a couple of studs within the wall. Two other companies came out and said we needed tenting. But when Lincoln from Link's came, he explained to me that the amount of damage would have taken 10-15 years to occur and we'd see swarms in the house, or wings, or other damage in the attic, which there was none. We had heard from one of our neighbors that the previous owners tented about ten years ago. Lincoln stated that it definitely had to be old damage then and when i asked if we should tent as precaution, he said why waste the money! He could have easily given me a quote for tenting like the other guys and been out to make a buck, but he didn't do that! How rare and honest! This is the guy you want and that i will refer to every one.
