Great customer service , Morris is a very friendly individual and he have all kind of r/c cars boats planes trucks etc...love the place reasonable prices and an amazing customer service

Last December bought traxxas rally for my boyfriend as a X-mas present he waited for me after hours. I found what I was looking for and more we still continue buying parts for make the rally faster. Morris he's excellent, really passionate with what he does..

What a horrible experience. I am still beside myself at the horrible experience I had with Morris Kohl. First, I concur with almost every deragatory comment in these reviews. I walked through the door to purchase a battery for a blade CX2 heli and walked to the rack were one was located then pulled it from it's spot and took it to the counter, all the while Mr. Kohl was giving me glaring looks as I browsing around previous to finding the item. Most business owners would at least greet you or maybe ask if they could help you find something, etc. I asked him how much the item costs (as nothing is priced) and he proceeded to ask me where I purchased the heli from. Well, that's were things got ugly. I told him my wife purchased it from an online store for my birthday and he proceeded to (in as many profanities as he could muster) yell at how I should buy go it from them. I was shocked to say the least and then asked him "So you do not want to sell me this battery?" He then threatened me and kicked me out of his store. I was stunned, I called the local police department and told them of his threats to "kick my a**" and so on. They stated that, as long as he did not produce a weapon, he is within his rights to choose who he does business with and who he lets in his store. Again, I am just amazed that this guy has any business period. I am one of the most non confrontational people you will ever meet, and I believe this man is mentally unstable in more ways than one. I am just thankful I did not take my son with me. BEWARE, there is NO WAY these positive reviews are authentic. Hobbytown USA are great people and I'm sorry I ever wandered Mr. Kohl's way.

I went into this shop to buy a new short course truck. Morris was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me.. He answered all of my questions.....and this guy KNOWs his stuff! I would highly recommend this hobby shop to everyone!

I called and asked for parts,he told me how i got ripped off!! And should of bought it from him! Then told me to go F**K myself!!! Do not ever do business with this guy!!! He will be reported to the BBB
