Mott's Contracting Services, Inc is the Tampa Bay area's premier design-to-build firm, offering one-stop-shop services to take a residential or commercial project from concept to completion. Established in 1999, Mott's Contracting specializes in residential remodels and additions, commercial build-outs, interior and exterior painting, roofing and other specialty services including carpentry, flooring and pavers as well as sinkhole inspections and handyman projects. Mott's Contracting is only one of a few Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS 1 & 2 certified) contractors in the state of Florida, enabling the firm to use universal design to retrofithomes and businesses to make them ADA-compliant (handicapped-accessible) for disabled veterans, the elderly and the chronically ill. Mott's is also Green Builder Certified, specializing in energy efficient construction and modifications as well as a Certified Renovator for Lead Paint for historical restorations. He holds an active license for a state of Florida Certified Building Contractor, Certified Aging-in-Place (CAPS 1 and 2) and is a Certified Renovator for Lead Paint as well as certified Green (LEED), OSHA and My Safe Florida Windbourne Mitigation. Stuart is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA), Building Trades Association (BTA) and the Better Business Bureau. Clint Barry, Job Site Superintendent - Clint Barry is the Job Site Superintendent Mott's Contracting Services and is the customer liasion from start to finish and manages all projects in the field. With more than 25 years experience within the industry, he is also a third generation carpenter specializing in remodeling and renovations. When he isn't working, Clint enjoys motocross with his son and spending time with his family. Brenda Nash, Office Manager - Brenda Nash is Mott's Contracting Services' Office Manager and oversees and directs all internal communication and workflow. Brenda's background in supervisory roles as well as her experience in mass manufacturing, ordering requirements and processing merchandise ensures all internal communications run smooth. Danielle Hartwig, Project Coordinator - Danielle Hartwig is Mott's Contracting Services' Project Coordinator and oversees scheduling between customers and Mott's field crews as well as serves as the customer's primary point of contact within our offices. Danielle's vast knowledge of all aspects of interior design, including coordinating and supervising remodeling construction projects as well as purchasing textiles based on customer needs and wants, gives her an added advantage when it comes to both commercial and residential projects.
