TERRIBLE customer service! Received a manicure and pedicure and came out more than UGLY. Apparently they're the ONLY store that does not accept International Plaza gift cards and made me feel awful about it. The lady said "why you don't have another credit card you can use?" They then up charged me for various services, without even asking me during my services. When I asked to speak to the owner, she came out of the employee break room and spoke to me while still chewing her food. The salon was scarce and empty for a reason. ***Tip: STAY FAR AWAY!
