I have been living here for 2.5 years. For the money you pay, it's not so bad. My neighbors are awesome. It really just depends on the building you end up in and the part of the complex. As far as the office stuff... They suck. Very unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help. They are just plain lazy. The blonde lady with the long, frizzy hair is a ride b**ch. Shannon is a clueless and rude b**ch. Nothing gets fixed, at least not properly. They don't really care about the tenants at all. Every time I call or go to the office for any reason, I am kind and respectful, I have always paid my rent on time, yet they make me feel like crap with the way they treat me. I cannot wait for my lease to end only because of having to deal with them. If you can afford better, do NOT move to Newport Villas!!
