ON50 has unsafe parking, dirty unkept grounds, poor to near condemnation construction, shoddy maintenance, apathetic & rude staff.

UPON move-in: shower tiles falling off from water damage, apt. never cleaned prior to move-in - obvious from the spider webs hanging from ceilings and doors, alarm contacts hanging off broken windows, sliding doors don't lock, MOLD - oh the MOLD - air cond not working properly, walls slimy wet and black mold on vents...enough mold on move-in to supply Tampa with Penicillin.

SAFETY: Broken into FOUR times...Management's response is call your renter's insurance to get your stuff back. Placed written maintenance requests and poor, if any work completed: cleaned carpets, swept spiders, put MORE grout and caulk on shifted tiles, super-glued alarm contacts on broken windows...patted themselves on the back for a hard days labor and went home.

Horrible place to live. There has been constant construction since December and it is now April. Some days l will wake up to shut off water with no warning, or people on my roof scraping at my windows. The water pressure in the bathrooms and kitchen is horrible, makes it so hard to was dishes. There always seems to be something broken, but nothing ever gets done/fixed the right way. Even the $490/mo doesnt make it worth it. Save yourself the frustration and find another place.
