We have had great experiences working with Palm Casual Tampa. I have purchased quite a bit of outdoor furniture from them over the years. Each time I shop other stores including internet stores and I still prefer working with PC. Their prices match and many times beat what you find on the internet. The staff is very friendly, helpful and I was pleased to find out the business is family owned. I am remodeling my front porch in the next few months and my wife has already picked out the furniture she wants to buy from PC. Thanks guys, GREAT JOB!!!

Fantastic patio furniture! Well made and beautiful colors or design choices. Friendly helpful staff too. I bought a dining table, very unique. A mix of stone and wicker. My two favorites! Fits into my new Spanish style home:) I also bought one lounge chair and one regular chair with foot stool and one end table. Very comfortable and pretty. I would love to buy more but I am limited on space for my patio. Alittle pricey but you get what you pay for. Lifetime warranties on framework. Materials hold up with this Florida sunshine! Highly recommend this place for well made and stylish patio furniture.

We have been shopping for a contemporary patio furniture set for six months. Started looking at Palm Casual since our original furniture was from there and we knew we could trust the level of service. We did comparison shopping at every patio shop in the area but eventually came back to Palm Casual because we could not find a better deal in terms of quality and cost. We just got our delivery (1 week) and here is the text I sent Steve last night..."Steve, can I just say I LOVE MY PATIO FURNITURE!" I came home from NY and I'm sitting on the patio with my feet up having a glass of wine and so darn happy we bought this patio set from you!!" Palm Casual service is the best...we had one piece that did not line up correctly and Steve had his engineer out to replace it immediately. Working with this store was a pleasure! We needed a chaise to match one we had bought a few years back and drove all the way from Sarasota to Palm Casual in Tampa as they were a dealer for that line. It was well worth the trip! Owners Steve and Lori were extremely helpful and found our chair and had it delivered all the way to Sarasota in a timely manner. Son Shane along with Colin delivered the chaise and cushions and were very personable and nice guys. We would definitely buy again from this family operated business and would recommend to all our new friends here in Florida. Thanks for a great experience!

I have bought several pieces of patio furniture and new cushions from Palm Casual in the last 10 years. Recently, I purchased a beautiful set of dining and contemporary patio seating arrangements. I had visited several other patio furniture stores, but none of them provided the service and prices like Palm Casual. From the moment we walked into the store, Carlos Pena (our sales person) listened to our needs, helped us find the perfect furniture and never once pushed us. He was patient while we debated several pieces and was helpful in color coordination of cushions. The prices he quoted us beat other stores hands down and the delivery was in less than a week. Other stores quoted us 4 to 6 weeks for the same exact furniture. On top of all of this, he delivered the furniture as promised, set it all up and helped me arrange it all by himself. I want to thank him for his professionalism and genuine concern in promising to make us happy. We are happy!

I've had my patio furniture about 5 years.

Had a problem, was unsure where I had purchased it.

Spoke with Mark at Palm Casual. He said to bring chair

in, if it was his, he would fix it at no charge.

My husband took it to his store and it was fixed while he

waited.

FINALLY! Someone who delivers on his word.

I am so impressed.
