Worst dry cleaners in the world!!!!!! I went there for my first time last week and dropped off 4 garments, 3 dresses and a tank. All have been dry cleaned many times before at cheaper places and always returned in perfect condition! However, this place managed to destroy every piece!!!! Look at the pictures I added for proof. I am in tears because these were all my favorite dresses and all cost over 100$, which for a young woman like myself was expensive. I absolutely hate these idiots and will make sure every website knows it!

This place is a joke !! I bring my husbands shirts in here because I pass them everyday after work and has become an easy stop . Almost everytime I pick something back , there is starch all over the shirts and a lot of times not even ironed all the way . Everything is blamed on the company that they outsource the laundry too . The young girls that work there at the front desk are always very undestanding about it and often laugh about it and make comments that the owner is a slacker and that many many people complain about this to them and nothing seems to change . I started driving out of my way because it was becoming every single time .. Staff is nice , but quality sucks !!!

I live very close to this cleaners and only been using them because it is so close to me . I am now willing to go out of my way to find another cleaners . I bring about 4-7 shirts and 2-3 pairs of pants to this place on a weekly basis. ( BTW , this place is called $ 2.25 cleaners , on the sign ) . Almost everytime I go and pick up my clothes , I find my clothes to always have starch dripped all over them , or stained with starch . When I bring this up , I`m told that they will send it back for a re-do . Then I go to pick up the " re-done " shirt or pants , and the same thing .. This happens to something I drop off EVERYTIME . They claim that they are changing the vendor that is being used to do the actual cleaning.

After using several cleaners in the South Tampa area , I can confirm that this is the worst store to bring your clothes for dry cleaning . After noticing many other customers in the store that are upset as well , Im Done !I

If your want your clothes messed up , bring them to this location !!
