We will never park here again. They only have one van for pickup. We were waiting for half an hour watching other companies coming back and forth. We cruise often and WILL NOT be a repeat customer.

At the end of our cruise, they never came to pick us up. Called them twice with no answer. Walked to the lot and no one was there.
