Worst place ever for service or sales! I have been ripped off by this take your money and run company. On top of that I have been cussed out by a member of there staff. When I wanted a return there was no money in the store and once I let them know that I would not do business there any further I was told they had a right to refuse the return. Lousy customer service. Their price is way over a reasonable or customary fee. What they wanted me to pay for repairs on my machine I could go buy one new. The prices they have on old out dated desk tops and laptops are way to high, again you can guy new for what hey ask on used items. I also seen in more than one of their locations laptops with missing keys on the keyboard and yet they had the items up for sale. I can tell you my family nor my friends will be going to this company ever again. I wont be burned twice. Read the reviews every where before you think about going here.

The entire experience was awful. When you talk to them on the phone, they sound helpful and reasonabily priced. As soon as you get into the store, things change. The price was higher than I was told on the phone and the parts took much longer to come in than I was told.



Then, to make matters worse, they wanted to do more repairs and charge me more after the parts came in.



I'm not sure how they stay in business, I would never return.

I just bought a new high end HP laptop from these guys and they were some of the most knowledgeable computer professionals I have ever dealt with at the retail level. I say this being a partner in 2 software development companies and having been an HP dealer myself. Wow!. Keep up the good work guys! PS: The store manager of the South Dale Mabry store is Paul Gamache and I wish I could find 5 of him to work for me!
