As long as you have NO dealings with Colleen, Office Manager you'll be fine but watch your a**, and ur mailbox if you do. Dr. Hiben excellent with children, I can't say anything bad about him or his office assistant Jamie. They are super, BUT COLLEEN that is a whole other story. I really don't want to get into it because its just not appropriate. My star rating is based on Colleen NOT Dr. Hiben.

Dr.Hiben has been a wonderful doctor to our 10 month old son, Parker. We could not be more thrilled with his expertise, patience, and excellent bedside manner with us, as well as our son. He always takes the time to thoroughly address all of our concerns. He even spent an hour explaining the pros and cons of vaccinations on our first visit, (new parents), letting us know what he strongly recommended, while reassuring us that he would fully support and respect whatever decision we made. we drive an hour to bring our son here. he loves it, he calls them the nice doctor place. i will never go anywhere else.

My family ADORES Gene Hiben. The children love him. He is so personable and shows genuine concern and care for your family. I would never see another doctor! When he moved and started his new practice, we moved. It was a drive that was about 45 minutes out of the way, but well worth it!
